The Project Finance section focuses on raising capital on behalf of private investors seeking to sponsor big public or private development projects, also based on the application of the Merloni Law (law n°109 from 11/2/94). Meliorbanca assists in defining and drafting the business plan and helps identifying the necessary capital to implement the project. The Group has ventured the European project finance market by taking part in syndicated transactions on behalf of both Italian and foreign entrepreneurs.
