Group is active in the provision of a wide range of services through
SIS.PA.
Sistemi Parabancari, a subsidiary company boasting long-standing
experience in supporting the creation and as a provider of outsourcing
services to factoring companies of large banking, industrial and commercial
groups.
Through SIS.PA. the Group currently lends its services to 24 factoring
companies with an annual turnover in excess of Euro 6 billion and
approximately 1 million invoices processed as well as to other 8
companies to which it provides diversified services.

Through SIS.PA. the Group is the only Italian reality capable of
supplying factoring companies with outsourcing services both of
an information-technology, management and consultancy nature.
In particular, SIS.PA. is a provider of centralised services relating,
inter alia, to the execution of corporate and legal affairs, loan
and risk administration, factoring accounting, general administration,
treasury, as well as organisation, consultancy, and information-technology
(EDP, ancillary services, software development).
